Tourism consumption has become an important lifestyle for the global people. In 2017, the total number of global tourists (including domestic tourists and international tourists) reached 11.88 billion, which is 1.6 times the global population. Among the total number of global tourists, China has the largest number of tourists, ranking first in the Asia-Pacific region, with 4.53 billion person-times. The highest total tourism revenue is in the United States, at $1.03 billion. It is estimated that the total number of global tourism will reach 12.67 billion in 2018, which is 1.7 times the global population.
